This is my first blog post.

Advanced Work Packaging is the umbrella under which the Workface Planning is the subset that takes care of the construction activity.

The truth is all what Advance Work Packaging does is prepare the project for a successful Workface Planning. I setup this blog to go over some concepts regarding Workface Planning which I have come to realize over my 20+ years working on capital projects.

I have also decided to start a video blog series to go over somekey concepts I think all work face planners need to be aware off.
